My goals are pretty simple. I want to lose two pounds a week, which is pretty doable. I am working on drinking more water and watching what I eat. Especially the mindless eating.

Heather congrats on making the leap of faith and putting your numbers out there! One suggestion..for yourself, crop your picture closer so you can get a good look…it will surprise you just how much your body will change in these upcoming 16wks
I know, my before was scary – tight no roll hiding clothes and quickly you see the shrinking..its very motivating! Best of luck!

I am actually planning to take better pictures, I remembered late Sunday night to take the pictures before my husband took the camera with him on his business trip this week, so I took just the pictures that I had to have for Tuesday. When he gets back this weekend I want to take some better and closer pictures.
